8 WEEKS - NUTRITION COACHING

This program is for clients who would like complete customized coaching in nutrition and diet. If you're not interested in guidance with working out, and want to solely focus on success with losing weight by my adjusting what you're eating, this program is for you!

Program includes:

  • Figuring out daily calories (macros) and teaching you how to track your day. Or creating a meal plan with choices per meal if tracking feels overwhelming
  • Guidance with how to meal prep, grocery lists, lower calorie recipes for meals you enjoy
  • Weekly educational book or podcast suggestions to maintain motivation and positive mindset
  • Weekly 30 min check-in via facetime/zoom/phone call to go over the week's progress, questions, concerns, and support
  • Unlimited access to emailing me with any questions or if guidance is needed

 

*All programs start with a 1 hour interview phone call to discuss current eating patterns, goals, diet history, etc.

*A questionnaire will be sent via email for medical history, current body status, and a 3-day food journal of what you're currently eating, for me to better assess what direction is best for you!

8 WEEK WORKOUT COACHING

If you want to ultimate guide towards toning your body, building muscle, and losing fat, this program is for you. If you are already tracking, or have a healthy meal plan already set in place, then this program is also for you. What you eat will affect your weight loss journey more than exercise ever will, so if you're a beginner, or lost with how to start losing fat, I suggest you purchase my complete coaching program, or my diet and exercise program for guidance with diet as well! 

 

Program includes:

  • Custom weekly workout plan for the gym. (This can be shown via facetime/zoom, done at your gym, or done at mine if you're in my area) OR a custom weekly at-home workout if you are not a gym-goer. Both will be sent via email as well. I will be adjusting your program week to week to keep it challenging, keep it interesting, and keep it fun!
  • If you are in my area, we will do a 1-hour session per week to go over your program. I'm flexible with going to your gym if its within a 15 mile radius from me. (Westborough, MA) or have you come to mine.
  • I can provide an at home weekly workout plan if you prefer to stay home! Whether you have some equipment or none, there's always a way to be active!
  • Weekly educational book or podcast suggestion to maintain motivation and positive mindset
  • Weekly 30 min check-in via facetime/zoom/phone call to go over the week's progress, questions, concerns, and support
  • Unlimited access to emailing me with any questions or if guidance is needed

This program is the full package! For clients who would like COMPLETE guidance with a custom diet and exercise program, along with constant support from me!
